My approach to mental health work is rooted in compassion, empathy, and the belief that meaningful healing begins with being seen, heard, and understood. Throughout my career as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigated life’s challenges and worked toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.

 

My professional background includes working with children, teens, and adolescents as a Professional School Counselor, as well as supporting young adults and adults through various life transitions.

I believe that true healing involves the whole person — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. This philosophy continues to guide the work I do today as I create spaces for honest conversations about mental health, personal growth, and emotional wellbeing.

My clinical training draws from several therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, person-centered approaches, rational emotive therapy, and behavioral techniques. These perspectives have shaped the way I think about growth, resilience, and the ways people learn to navigate life’s obstacles.

At the heart of my work is a desire to help people feel empowered to better understand themselves, move through challenges with greater clarity, and feel confident choosing paths that align with their wellbeing. While I am a licensed mental health counselor, I am not currently accepting therapy clients and instead focus on education, conversation, and creating spaces where mental health awareness can feel approachable and relatable.
